Execute the daily transportation plan,and review the plan prior to communication to the transportation providers.
Supervise and evaluate all transportation system,procedures,and plans.
Liaise with customers to plan & agree delivery schedules.
Ensure that all reporting requirrement are provided.
Adhere to the company policy and guide the teams respectively.
manage the transport team & ensure the required resources are in place and available.
Revsolve issue with the transporter's represenrative.
Ensure the necessary equipment are available to carry out the tasks.
Ensure all teams are achieving the targets and KPI's and maximimize their productivity and performance.
Review and evaluate the team productivity and improve efficiency on regularly basis.
Resolve effectively employee conduct problems ib the workplace.
Respond and investigate accidents and take immediate action at the site.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills
Computing & Technical Skills :

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business/ Supply chain.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in operation.
