We're seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to support our overall marketing efforts. You'll play an integral role in developing and executing marketing plans to achieve targets, from building brand awareness to promoting products. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll need to be a skilled professional capable of grasping consumer behavior trends and generating creative ideas. You should also be familiar with specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics. Our goal is to implement effective marketing programs that will help improve our reputation and contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to uncover insights about consumer needs, habits, and trends.
• Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Assist in implementing outbound or inbound marketing activities, demonstrating expertise in content development and optimization, advertising, and event planning, among other areas.
• Work with external vendors to organize and execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels, such as social media, email, and television.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Undertake specific tasks in a marketing plan as assigned.
Marketing Specialist Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing or a similar role
• Thorough understanding of traditional and digital marketing, SEO, social media, and market research
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, Web analytics, and Google AdWords
• Desired knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Commercial awareness with a creative mind.
