Responsibilities:
As an Infrastructure Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
Your responsibilities will include:

Project Oversight:
•Manage and supervise road construction projects from initiation to completion.
•Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Team Leadership:
•Lead and motivate on-site teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
•Provide guidance to construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and timely project delivery.
Technical Expertise:
•Utilize your in-depth knowledge of road construction techniques and methodologies.
•Resolve technical issues and challenges on-site, ensuring project continuity.
Quality Assurance:
•Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship.
•Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any deviations from project specifications.
Resource Management:
•Efficiently manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project performance.
•Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required materials.
Communication:
•Foster open and effective communication channels between project teams, management, and stakeholders.
•Provide regular project updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
Safety Compliance:
•Enforce and promote a safety-first culture on construction sites.
•Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
•Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in road construction.
•Proven track record as a Foreman or Supervisor in road construction projects.

Skills:
•Strong leadership and team management abilities.
•Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•In-depth knowledge of road construction techniques and best practices.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in project management software.
