BS degree in Engineering plus a minimum of seven (7) years OR high school Diploma plus a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in supervision of vendor inspection activities in the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication)

At least three (3) years directly relating to supervision of vendor inspection activities

Requires a thorough knowledge of applicable US Codes, construction and maintenance procedures, operation inspection and material testing procedures.
