Sales Representative for Leading Manpower Supplier

About Us:
we are a leading manpower supplier known for our commitment to quality and excellence in staffing solutions. We are expanding our team and are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in various industries.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide staffing solutions that meet their requirements.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in manpower supply or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of staffing industry and labor market trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
