Job Specification:
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or similar field.
 5 years of experience (at least) in Integrated Management System ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001.
 ISO certified auditor.
 Good communication skills
 Problem solving skills.
 Analytical skills.
 Attention to details.
 English Language.
 Arabic Language (Recommended).
 Excellent Microsoft computer skills.
 Internal communication with all Organization departments and projects.
 External communication with Certification body & calibration vendors.

Duty and Responsibilities:
 Maintain Management System (three systems) documentation including new issuances, modification, and cancellation.
 Identify and resolve work flow issues.
 Gathering all the necessary information, measuring, and reporting from all concerns .
 Analyze IMS performance & effectiveness, and reporting on Monthly basis to IMS Management Representative.
 Prepare the annual internal audit plan & program.
 Establish the audit checklists before the audit and completing the audit report.
 Finish the daily tasks related to the procedure updates, following the NCs log.
 Ensure the standards and IMS regulations are observed.
 Document quality assurance activities and create audit report.
 Make recommendations for improvement.
