The Planning Engineer is responsible for leading the planning and scheduling activities for a Wood Industry (Interior & Fitouts). He will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans and detailed schedules, preparing activities and resource loading, monitoring progress, and providing reports on project progress and performance. The Senior Planning Engineer will also work closely with the project team to ensure that all milestones and deliverables are achieved.

Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans and schedules for construction projects, including activities, resources, and durations.
• Monitor project progress utilizing earned value techniques and other project control tools.
• Analyze project progress and performance and provide reports to the project team.
• Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all activities are completed on schedule.
• Monitor and report project costs and budgets.
• Manage risks associated with the project, and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to other team members.
