• Position Requirements:
• Greet and direct customers
• Deliver exceptional service to shoppers that results in repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Collaborate with coworkers to achieve store sales goals through Sales techniques and special promotions
• Inform customers about product features and benefits, offering opinions and recommendations when appropriate
• Execute purchases and returns at the cash register while checking for accuracy
• Replenish and organize visual merchandising on the sales floor
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Maintain a tidy shopping environment and welcoming atmosphere
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Treat all customers with respect and courtesy
• Provide customer feedback to line manager
• Compliance with loss prevention SOPs
• Flexible with shifts and extended hours

Skills and Knowledge

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Track record of achieving sales Target
• Familiarity with Retail KPIs (ATV + UPT + ASP+ conversion)
• Understanding of Cross selling and Upselling
• Proven experience of setting up store layout and visual merchandising
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work in various shifts
• Basic math skills
