Role Description

As an Area Manager, this is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple restaurant locations within the designated area. The day-to-day tasks include managing operations, increasing profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing and managing the team of restaurant managers and staff within the designated area.



Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing multiple restaurant locations
Experience in developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and lead a team
Knowledge and understanding of the food and beverage industry, including industry trends and best practices
Ability to analyze financial and operational data to make informed decisions and recommendations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
Fluency in English and ordo, Arabic is preferred
Experience in the Saudi Arabian food and beverage industry and BALADIYA roles is a plus
