OVERVIEW
Job Title: Senior Internal Auditor

Period: Three Month Contract

Direct Reporting Relationships Manager Internal Audit

Department Internal Audit

Location: Khobar

Role Purpose: A candidate is required for the position of Senior Internal Auditor. He shall be supporting execution of Internal Audit related assignments. He will have the opportunity to work closely with the Manager Internal Audit and shall focus on helping improve the internal control environment as well as the operational effectiveness and efficiency.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key Accountabilities Key Activities
1. Client Management and Relationship
Building You'll work as part of the internal audit team, helping the company with regards to the review and assessment of the internal control environment and to assess the operational efficiency of controls and company operations.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Undertake internal audit work at the company including operational improvement, Business process re-engineering, operating model assessment; design and transformation projects; internal audits; SOPs development and risk management.
2. Assignment Execution • Execute end-to-end internal audit engagements focused on meeting management requirements, regulatory standards and best practices.

3. Team Play • Work and coordinate with different departmental staff as well as internal audit for the timely execution of assignments.
4. Assistance to Senior Management • Contribute towards strategic development alongside day-to-day ad-hoc tasks assigned by the senior management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with demonstrated abilities in Excel.
• Having an analytical mind and a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
• The ability to develop strong working relationships and maintaining the work ethics.
• Expert level experience in multitasking with ability to set priorities as per given situation.
• Ability to stick to time constraints.
• Fluent in English.
Education / Certifications • Part qualified CA / qualified ACCA

Experience • At 3 to 5 years’ experience in a audit firm.
• 2 years in Audit and Assurance and 2 years in Risk Advisory

Package • Depending upon Experience.
