Description

Roles and Responsibilities : -

Develop detailed step by step instructions for Preventive Maintenance, repair, and replacement activity.
- Coordinate with Reliability Department for RCM plan.
- Develop technical scope of works for maintenance services and maintenance contracts.
- Develop RCM (Reliability centered maintenance)- Safe Work Instructions for maintenance activities including PM, Repair, and Replacements tasks as per Maaden MSHEM standards as a complete package. According to Maintenance Strategy Recommendations.
- Upload the SWIs in Intranet shared folder and coordinate with Reliability and Maintenance Planning team for interfacing with Oracle EAM System.
- Review, evaluate and update technical specifications of spare parts used for RCM-SWIs.
- Update the SWI as per requirements.
- Read and Evaluate Mechanical Drawings.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Should have minimum 5 Year Experience in Maintenance Function in Aluminum Refinery, understanding the best practices in maintenance.
- Sound engineering knowledge in a broad range of disciplines—Mechanical, Thorough understanding of Engineering documents
(Hydraulics / Schematic’s / Pneumatic / PIDs, PFDs, Limits/fits/Tolerances, Maintenance / Installation procedures etc.)
- Should be able to understand the engineering design of equipment and the science of their processes interpreting the engineering drawings and documents. Should be able to understand how plants and equipment work, how they are designed and constructed, and how they are correctly used.
- Should have understanding in Reliability Engineering in Maintenance, Asset Condition Management, Work Execution Management, Asset Management
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Experience in Aluminium Smelter plant maintenance, troubleshooting, and major repair and installations.
- Familiar with basic investigation tools like RCA, FMEA.
- Familiar with RCM and PMO methodologies.
- Familiar with local and international safety and technical standards.
- Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, and Power point).
- Have excellent Technical Writing Skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Rate :40/per hour
Food & Accommodation from candidate scope
Transportation by AIS
Payment: 45 days
Working Hours: 208/per month
