Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Cook at Golden Kangaroo Cafe in Riyadh. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards. This includes maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, managing inventory, and collaborating with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction.



Qualifications

Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines
Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and methods
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff
High school diploma or equivalent
Culinary degree or certification is a plus
