Description

Bachelor Engineering degree in Geology with minimum 10 years experience
Transferable iqama

• Preparation of factual, interpretative and design geotechnical reports.
• Prepare geotechnical design reports under the guidance of Technical Manager
• Perform routine tasks, tests and computations associated with geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and field observations under the supervision of a senior geotechnical engineer.
• Perform laboratory analyses in support of construction and geotechnical engineering projects Perform geotechnical field investigations
• Collect field samples and perform field logging of exploratory test borings
• Independently operate relevant equipment
• Use exceptional time management skills and can manage multiple assignments at any given time
• To ensure that the documented testing methods / reference standards are followed during the testing.
• To prepare testing plan of inter lab comparison for the quality control and to follow the requirements for quality control
• To submit the test results for proficiency testing as per samples received from the BS / ASTM / APHA / EPA and other reference test methods used. Take necessary actions based on review of report if any test parameters are found gone outside the limits
• Provide geotechnical support to other technical personnel.
• Liaise with client and consultants
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the Company’s established policies and procedures.
