Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead our safety initiatives, promote a culture of safety, and contribute to the overall well-being of our workforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with department managers and employees to promote safety awareness and provide guidance on safe work practices.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending preventive measures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Safety Supervisor or in a similar safety leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective safety programs.
