Description

• Manage or Supervise the inspection, test and maintenance of fire protection systems such as fire detection and alarm systems, clean agent fire extinguishing systems, carbon dioxide extinguishing systems, wet chemical extinguishing system, fire extinguishers, and water-based fire protection systems (fire pump systems, wet pipe sprinkler systems, deluge systems, pre-action sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, standpipe and hose systems, and post indicator valves) in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association Standards, client requirements and work procedure.
• To schedule and implement the inspection, test and maintenance task.
• To monitor the status of inspection, test and maintenance task and prepare daily status report.
• Coordinate with the crews to accomplish works in an efficient and cost effective manner, and assure that safety rules and procedures are being observed.
• Conduct orientation for newly hired employees with regards to the scope of works, work procedure, checklist and how to maintain effective working relationship.
• Inspect completed work to assure compliance with client requirements.
