Job Context

We are looking for Energetic, well-mannered, creative, and ambitious candidates to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of the Sales and Reservation Department. Working IATA agency with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of Advanced level reservation & ticketing experience on Amadeus, Galileo & SAbre GDS systems.

Job Responsibilities.

1). Airline Ticketing & reservation (Domestic, International), Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Galileo, saber & Amadeus), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations, and modifications of reservations.

2). Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.

3). Provide necessary support to Visas and package tour Processing Sector.

4). Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.

5). Sorting out issues that may increase bookings or reservations.

6). Increase sales by informing customers of additional services or special packages.

7). Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.

8). Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.

9). Any duties assigned by the Management.
