Description

Ideal candidate should have degree / diploma in engineering (6-Electrical & Instrumentation) with minimum 7 years of experience,

with expertise:

1. Experience in Plant Maintenance Operations, Planning and Execution at Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or any other Heavy Process Industry

2. Have strong understanding of maintenance strategies of Run to Replace, Planned / Scheduled Maintenance, Condition Based Monitoring / Inspection and Predictive Management Techniques

3. Ability to build & advocate Maintenance Plans, Task Lists for SAP centric ERP with ability read understand the design drawings (P&IDS, EWDs, ILDs,, Fire & Safety , Structures etc.), operating and maintenance manuals, data sheets etc.

4. Ability to drive internal and external teams on importance of maintenance philosophy and best practices of ISO14224, ISO 45000, 55000, TPM, TQM and OSHAS

5. Strong knowledge of Static, Rotary, Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment's with ability to read the maintenance history and suggest improvements into maintenance tasks

6. Understanding of Reliability Engineering and strong desire to learn and grow the RBI, RIS, RAM, LCC, Piping Ciruitization and Corrosion loop dig.

7. Knowledge of GE APM and SAP PM / ALM is added advantage...
