Description

Clear English, Urdu & Hindi are a requirement. Proficiency in English, and computer literacy is essential. Spoken Arabic is beneficial. Experience with logistics, & human resource interaction is important.
Responsibilities include;
• Act as Communication Liaison between Low-Level Employees, senior management and administrative executives.
• Facilitate the Purchase requests and following up with delivery, as well as creating work orders & following up with them
• Ensuring clear customer communication & intermediary problem solving
• Monitoring tracking software, and ensuring journey plans are followed
• Monitoring, and engaging on client portals to ensure rapid response
• Following clear channels of communication, between Client, project lead & drivers
• Managing, and creation of reports and necessary documentation. This is on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. No margin of error.
• Identify low level employ issues and communicate between Project lead & HR divisions to ensure rapid alleviation of problems.
• Ensuring all departments drivers/equipment are up to the client safety regulations by overseeing vehicular operations reports
• To be able to work flexible shifts, as & when operational requirements present itself.
• Communicating, and Dispatching of drivers & vehicles to meet client requirements and expectations
• Communicating with other departments to assess, identify and meet deadlines

Being a dispatcher is a position that requires a strong personality, to resolve conflict and communicate clearly. There is very little room for mistake. Time management, and document controlling is incredibly important. There is a lot of communication, and record keeping that takes place. And it will be the Dispatcher’s role to fulfil an intermediary position to communicate with drivers, clients and ultimately project lead.
