Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.



The primary responsibilities of the Business Development Manager will include:

1. Identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities in the Riyadh market.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and project owners.
3. Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve business objectives.
4. Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
5. Collaborating with the design team to ensure alignment between client requirements and project deliverables.
6. Negotiating and closing business deals to secure new projects.
7. Representing M Square Design at industry events and conferences.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:


• Proven experience in business development within the design or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Riyadh market, including key players and upcoming projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
