1)To provide high-level training and coaching to associates and drivers by doing theoretical & practical training on operational roles.
2)Ensuring that operational standards are followed and providing feedback & coaching to associates.
3)Diving deep into problems to find the root cause and implement the necessary training needed to solve those problems.
4)Drivers on boarding training iMile introduction, App Training, Behavior training, Customer service training
5)New iMile employees training.
6)Company policy announcements.
6)Rewards & Recognition events
7)Warning letter request and distribution
