Qualifications:
** Scope Of Project Infrastructure , Earthwork
• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or a related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in similar projects
• Additional 5+ years as a senior Quantity Surveyor in similar projects
• Extensive experience in managing and mentoring a team of quantity surveyors.
• Proven track record of providing expert commercial and contractual advice.
• Experience in overseeing the financial performance of construction projects.
• Excellent understanding of FIDIC contracts, commercial, and cost management
principles
• Excellent knowledge of the international methods of measurements CESMM,
NRM, etc....
• Strong capabilities of using MS Office apps, AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience in preparing and managing bills of quantities.
• Experience in estimating costs for construction projects
• Experience in providing commercial advice on construction projects.
• Experience in managing contracts, variations and claims.
• Experience in negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
