We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National female proficient with English, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and passionate about leveraging her marketing and sales skills to drive our business growth. Your role will be crucial in expanding our clientele and ensuring that our e-learning solutions reach a broader audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitor analysis.

Marketing: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our e-learning solutions.
Utilize digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.

Sales: Engage with potential corporate clients via phone and in-person visits to understand their needs and propose suitable e-learning solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Customer Relations: Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Provide after-sales support to enhance the customers’ experience and ensure referrals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the e-learning or tech industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
