Description

o Implementing the Annual Calendar for the region in alignment with KSA team.
o Planning and implementing effective marketing communication/promotional campaigns across the stores & evaluating their impact. Sharing the learnings of every promotion/event.
o Driving Loyalty initiatives (Member Enrolments & Contribution) in the region through Retail teams.
o Catchment level marketing support – Store façade branding, Door -Door Catalogue distributions, In-Store branding for the Stores, In-Store activities –For kids.
o Striking Cross promotions with external/ internal brands for driving additional footfalls into the stores.
o Planning & Executing University activations in alignment with key KSA Stakeholders (Mktg BP, Regional VM, RCBH & AM).
o Communicating the Execution of Trade Marketing activities -Bank Partnership, Tie-ups with Fast Food Chains in the stores.
o Conceptualizing plans alongside Retail; to support non-performing stores based on a clear understanding of shopper behavior/sales trend etc.
o Coordinating with the Admin team for support on permits for the promotions/events.
o Monitoring ongoing campaign spending against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
o Producing an accurate summary of total spending at the end of a marketing campaign.
o Reporting the Store & Competition Visits to Mktg BP & RCBH.
o Vendor Management in the region.
o Performs any other duties or responsibilities that the management may assign from time to time.

Skills
1. Must be Fluent in both written and spoken English.
2. Computer Literate & Knows to work on MS Office, Outlook, Excel & has a fair Presentation skill.
3. Needs to have Good Interpersonal, planning, execution & negotiating skills.

Desired Profile:
1. Candidate with atleast 3-4 years of experience in Marketing & Branding.
2. Good understanding of Vendor Management.
3. Role would require travelling to Warehouses & Stores in Eastern Region.
4. Should have bachelor’s degree in commerce/ business management /MBA.
