Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Job Location: Dammam

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager from the Oil and Gas sector to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role requires leadership in managing procurement, logistics, customs clearance, expediting, supplier and warehouse management functions. The Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods to support our company's operations and revenue recognition. Additionally, this role involves liaising with key technology partners, suppliers, and internal departments, including finance and business units.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Procurement Management:**
- Oversee and guide the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and selecting suppliers.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement practices.

2. **Logistics and Customs Clearance:**
- Manage logistics and customs clearance personnel to optimize transportation and import/export processes.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

3. **Expediting:**
- Supervise expeditors to expedite orders and maintain supply chain efficiency.

4. **Warehouse Management:**
- Lead the warehouse management team to maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards for warehouse operations.

5. **Supplier and Partner Liaison:**
- Collaborate with key technology partners and suppliers to guarantee on-time product delivery.
- Build and nurture strong relationships to enhance supply chain reliability.

6. **Financial Coordination:**
- Work closely with the finance department to manage supplier payments efficiently.

7. **Supply Chain Restructuring:**
- Strategically assess and restructure the supply chain team as needed to enhance productivity and efficiency.

8. **Customer Audits:**
- Participate in customer audits, addressing supply chain-related inquiries and concerns.

9. **Collaboration with Freight Forwarders:**
- Liaise with external freight forwarders and internal logistics teams to ensure the timely and secure delivery of materials to customers.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10-15+ years of Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in procurement, logistics, and customs clearance particularly in the Oil, Gas Petrochemical Sectors.
- Proficiency in ISO standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Financial acumen for budget management.
- Experience in liaising with technology partners and suppliers.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong project management skills.
