Procurement Engineer or Buyer JD:

•SAUDI ARAMCO procurement experience would be an added advantage.
•Minimum 5 years Saudi experience of Procurement.
•Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking jobs.
•Experience in good sourcing strategy and understanding the technical data, specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and parts/equipment availability.
•Oracle NetSuite ERP knowledge would be an added advantage.
•Experience in preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) Quotation, Purchase Orders, Invoice, Delivery note, Letter of Intents, Monthly Purchase Order Plan, Payment Plan, and cost estimations, etc.
•Advanced knowledge of MS Office., reporting and management presentation.
•Must have valid & transferable iqama, Saudi Driving license will be an advantage
• Candidates with prior oil and gas procurement expertise will have an advantage.
