A leading Construction Company is looking for the highest caliber to fill vacancies as follows :
Logistics & Expediting
Brief JD :
Expeditors speed up processes within organizations. They collaborate with different teams such as project management, suppliers, logistics and procurement to facilitate operations, materials movement to site.
Mainly expedite the deliveries
Tasks :
• To assist in managing resource requirement and to plan accordingly against related project delivery.
• Ensure that all orders are placed and delivered as planned.
• To manage delivery expectations and advise PD/Procurement of pending requirements.
• Ensure good are shipped based on priority.
• Ensure the good are cleared form customs and deliver to site on time.
• Managed internal and external resources, to ensure that goods and materials were not only procured within the framework of the Supply Agreement but controlled to meet manufacturing schedule requirements.
