Experience: 4 to 5 years
Gross Salary: 6000 to 6500 SR

Driving License with own car preferred


Active Directory Management:

Create, modify, and delete user accounts, groups, and organizational units in Active Directory.
Configure and manage user access permissions and security groups.
Maintain Active Directory schemas, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues promptly.
User Account and Access Management:

Handle user account provisioning, deprovisioning, and password resets in Active Directory.
Implement and enforce security policies and access control based on organizational requirements.
Manage user profiles and access rights, including group memberships and permissions.
IT Helpdesk Support:

Provide general IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in person.
Software Installation and Configuration:

Install, configure, and maintain software applications, ensuring compatibility with Active Directory.
Troubleshoot software-related issues and assist users with application setup.
Network Support:

Assist with network connectivity issues, including VPN setup and wireless network troubleshooting.
Address issues related to network shares, file permissions, and network printers.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of Active Directory changes, user accounts, and access control settings.
Create documentation for Active Directory-related procedures and policies.
Security Awareness:

Promote and enforce IT security policies, particularly those related to Active Directory security.
Monitor and audit Active Directory security to identify potential vulnerabilities and breaches.
Training and Support:

Provide training and guidance to end-users on how to use Active Directory and access resources securely.
