16+ Years Experience in multiple Cuisines including Khaliji and Arabic Cuisines.
Culinary Bachelor’s Degree.
Preference for Indian Nationality.

Expertise in Hot and Cold Kitchens
Skilled in Breakfast, Beverages, Sauces, and basic Bakery, Pastry.
Proficiency in Butchery & Seafood
Strong Food Presentation Abilities

Management Skills:
Proven Kitchen Operation Management
Dynamic Menu Planning & Costing
Development of SOPs and HACCP Systems
Effective Cost Control & Inventory Management
Exceptional Leadership and Teamwork skills.
