Urgent Require HOTEL EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE MANAGER


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations in our hotel. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our hotel facilities, systems, and equipment. Your primary goal will be to provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our guests and staff.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facilities-related equipment.
Familiarity with maintenance management software systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
