Job Summary

• Conducting security reviews and assessments of clients' operational technology and OT security risk landscapes to advise on enhancements, and develop strategies, roadmaps, and new operating models to help clients achieve these enhancements.

Main Accountabilities

• Perform implementation, integration, and operation of Cybersecurity controls within the OT environment.
• Plan, conduct, and track cybersecurity risk assessments of ICS systems, to include all cyber assets, such as distributed control systems (DCSs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), remote terminal units (RTUs), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS), PMIS.
• Implement security architecture, methods, and controls required to meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Perform security practices assessment to assess the ability of ICS/SCADA suppliers to meet ICS/SCADA security requirements for protecting the company/end client’s assets.
• Review enterprise controls to ensure the ICS/OT environment remains compliant and work with the Security team to track/remediate deficiencies.
• Partner with the Global Security Operations Center to ensure OT monitoring is conducted effectively.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Managed security services team.
• Respond immediately to security-related incidents and provide thorough remedial solutions and analysis.
• Regularly communicate awareness of threats, vital information, security needs, and priorities to upper management.
• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, and seeking automation opportunities.

Requirements


• Background in OT and ICS system security administration and/or development.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks for ICS/OT environments
• Strong understanding of OT network communication protocols, industrial networking topologies, as well as L2/L3 networking and architecture.
• Preferable experience in NIST-SP800-82, IEC62443 / ISA99, NERC-CIP, etc.
• Comprehensive knowledge of internet protocols, firewalls, proxies, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Familiarity/Knowledge of the Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture (PERA)
• An ability to work autonomously, cooperatively, and remotely from the corporate office with other locations.
• Critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent individual performer and team player with strong problem-solving skills
