Description

Duties included:
Implement preventive maintenance schedules for the assigned facilities/region in accordance with applicable processes and procedures.

Report any alarming issues, risks and/or hazards identified during examinations/visits, to relevant stakeholders.

Examine facilities, as and when requested, to diagnose issues, identify root cause, and take required actions in accordance with applicable procedures and standards.

Follow up to ensure actions that have been proposed and approved according to examination findings, are implemented within the agreed timeframes.

Supervise the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of construction installation/setup assignments in accordance with the drawings’ specifications and engineers' designs.

Oversee housekeeping activities (both routine and post construction activities) to ensure these are carried out in accordance with applicable procedures and EHSS standards.

Monitor the performance of 3rd party contractors/vendors in accordance with the agreed contractual terms and timeframes and report any issues or deviations to the relevant stakeholders.

Train new members of the team on construction maintenance related matters
Develop and submit the required reports within agreed timeframes.

Ensure adherence to applicable policies, procedures and standards including self and own team.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School
Diploma in civil engineering or any relevant discipline is preferable.

Minimum Experience:
3 years
