Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparation of BOQ including drafting preamble / general requirements.
• Assist to review of draft tender documents to ensure all systems and components of the tender are included.
• Undertake market review or research for updating unit rate for estimating.
• Prepare rate analysis and rate build-up for new items.
• Responsible for on site quantity verification with regards to payments.
• Responsible for checking & verifying of all invoices of subpackages on site.
• Certifying and issuing IPC for sub-contractors IPA.
• Prepare & maintain records of all subcontractor payment.
• Prepare and submit monthly interim payment application (IPA) with all supporting documents.
• Prepare & submit variation.
• Claim for Provisional Sum items.
• Maintain records for IPA, VO, and Claims.
• Assist to prepare final account with supporting document.
• Preparing Bar Bending Schedule and ordering of reinforcement steel.
