We are looking for Document Controller- Aconex for NEOM, KSA.

Requirements:

✅ Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office packages especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Aconex.
✅ Excellent organizational skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a high-volume environment.
✅ Accuracy and attention to detail.
✅ A high degree of expertise in office management and administration.
✅ Able to meet deadlines.

Accountabilities:
✅ Administer external and internal site correspondences using Aconex software.
✅ Follow project document control procedures for incoming documents.
✅ Maintain accurate records and retrieve documents promptly.
✅ Prepare letters, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and monthly reports.
✅ Present and edit complex documents accurately using engineering terms.
✅ Manage outgoing documents, including letters, transmittals, reports, and drawings.
✅ Perform electronic and hard filing of documents.
✅ Track issued folders/files and ensure timely returns.
✅ Archive project files according to the archive policy
