Urgently hiring for Service Now Technical GRC/IRM Consultant for one of our client in Saudia Arabia Riyadh from overseas as well as local market KSA with transferable iqama .
Summary: As a ServiceNow Technical GRC/IRM Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and configuring Service Now's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand their risk and compliance needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and ensure the successful deployment of GRC/IRM modules on the Service Now platform. Your expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration will drive efficiency.

Responsibilities:
1.Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their risk and compliance requirements. Design and architect ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions that align with the client's business objectives and regulatory standards.
2. Technical Implementation: Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules to meet specific client needs. Utilize your technical expertise to build workflows, rules, scripts, and data integrations.

3. Module Configuration: Set up and configure GRC/IRM modules within the ServiceNow platform, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, Audit Management, and more.

4. Data Integration: Integrate GRC/IRM modules with other ServiceNow modules or external systems to enable seamless data exchange and reporting.

5. Custom Development: Develop custom applications, widgets, scripts, and integrations to extend the capabilities of the ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.

6. User Training: Provide end-user training and support to ensure clients are proficient in using the GRC/IRM modules effectively.

7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform testing and quality assurance on configured solutions to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements

8. Documentation: Create technical documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other technical consultants, to deliver comprehensive solutions.

10. Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices related to GRC/IRM.


Skills Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on configuring and customizing GRC/IRM modules.

3. ServiceNow Certification: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC is highly preferred.

4. Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance processes.

5. Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, Workflows, and UI Actions.

6. Experience with data integrations, REST APIs, and web services.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.

8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

9. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

10. Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

11. Experience with other GRC platforms or risk management tools is a plus.
