Senior Accountant For Fixed Asset Register With Having SAP Expereince

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in managing company assets and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, knowledge of accounting principles, excellent excel & MS office skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Management:
• Maintain an up-to-date register of company assets, including acquisition and disposition records.
• Calculate and record asset depreciation and amortization schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal asset management policies.

Cups & Lids Invoice Management:
• Verify invoices related to cups and lids against contract terms.
• Accurately book cups and lids invoices in the accounting system (SAP).

Marine Insurance and Freight:
• Record marine insurance transactions and premiums.
• Calculate and record freight expenses accurately.
• Review and validate monthly marine insurance declarations.

Foreign Shipment and Customs:
• Book transactions related to cooler and FTN spares foreign shipments.
• Ensure accurate customs documentation and booking.
• Record clearance transactions for foreign shipments.

Supplier Reconciliation and Invoice Verification:
• Reconcile supplier accounts for head office consumption.
• Verify lease-related invoices and book them accurately.
• Verify Pallet invoices using the CIS system.

Asset Validation and Deletion:
• Validate cooler and fountain asset data in the Basis system.
• Manage asset deletions in the Basis system.

Inventory and Reports:
• Assist in the consolidation of finished goods (FG) inventory data.
• Generate monthly IT reports and vehicle details reports.
• Prepare and maintain monthly general ledger reconciliation files.

Yearly Audit and Insurance:
• Assist in Internal Audit and Statuary Audit process.
• Provide data for the yearly GAZT Audit report, including custom duty and vendor details.
• Collect and report data related to annual insurance premiums.

Qualifications & Requirements:
 Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bcom/Mcom/MBA or ACCA/CPA certification is a plus).
 Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in asset management and financial transactions.
 Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
 Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Effective written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualification M.Com, MBA Finance / ICMA / ACCA / CA Inter
3 to 5 Years Experience Required
Transferable Iqama Required
Immediate Joining Required
Riyadh Location but can be placed any location in Kingdom
Salary as per experience and qualification
Food and beverage experience will be plus
Having Associate SOCPA certificate
