Project Management Professional, PMP® , with a career history of delivering multi-million dollars complex and diversified projects / programs under multi-vendor environment and across different geographies during past 17 years in different key roles.

EXPERIENCE:
Program Management
Cost and Budget
Preparation, Risks and Assumptions evaluation and mitigation plans preparation,
Critical Path,
Project Plans,
WBS, ERP, Digital delivery etc.
Presales and sales processes


SKILLS:
Contract write-ups
Negotiations, establishment, governance, administration and adherence of contracts throughout the projects' life cycle.
Dispute resolution
Quick decision making
Contractual amendments and change requests
Stakeholders management
Procurement
Supply Chain Management
Project Financial Management
QC, HSE and Technology

Individual with proven track record of Business development, achievement of financial KPIs & delivery / operation SLAs, processes optimization, cost saving methodologies, suppliers / subcontractors management and client handling at "C" Level.

Prior Experience of 11 years in Calibration & Maintenance of TMDEs at PMELs accredited by AFMETCAL, USA.
