We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Quality and Document Controller. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of document control procedures and quality assurance principles.

Responsibilities:

Manage the creation, storage, and retrieval of all project documentation
Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company standards
Conduct quality reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Track and manage document changes and revisions
Provide training on document control procedures to team members
Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify and resolve quality issues
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality system

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in document control or quality assurance
Strong knowledge of document control procedures and quality assurance principles
Must be advance Internet searching knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to meet deadlines
Attention to detail
