Job Title: Operations Specialist

Location: RIYADH, KSA

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced operations specialist preferably from India or the Philippines to join our team in a Retail Fashion Store. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operations tasks principles and be able to apply them to improve our company's efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Manage inventory and supplies
Oversee the cash and reconciliation of sales invoices
Optimize processes and procedures for shipping & couriers
Oversee staff and ensure compliance with regulations
Report on performance and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a related field
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail.
