Urgent Placement - Production Supervisor


Greetings,
We're one of reputed group of company located in 2nd Industrial city of Dammam. We urgently looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our team! As a "Production Supervisor", you will be responsible for managing and supervising our Production team and processes.

** PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

- Minimum of a BS in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
- 5 to 10 years relevant work experience in manufacturing environment
- Prior Supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead a team, Excellent problem-solving skills, Strong analytical skills,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Ability to stand for long periods of time
- OSHA safety certification, Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and
Certified Manufacturing Specialists (CMS) a plus.


Some of duties & responsibilities:

- Full responsibility for the functioning of the Production Dept. (Mechanical & Electrical)
- Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow
- Coordinate with Engineering Dept. for all projects
- Provide periodical Production reports to the management
- Ensure safety of equipment and personnel at all times.
- Control the quality of the product to make sure that it meets the high standard set by the Co.
- Obtain clarification on all aspects of the Mechanical & Electrical drawings
- Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results,
establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving problems, and organize, schedule production
activities in line with the Master Production Plan
- Ensure minimum or no wastage of materials and consumables and maintain low inventory
- Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing variables,
monitoring personnel and resources, Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and
evaluating new equipment & techniques.
