Preferred Experience candidate- Past experience working as a Hotel Receptionist. Language should be fluent in spoken English.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude, ensuring their check-in and check-out experience is smooth and pleasant.
• Attend to guest inquiries, providing helpful information and ensuring their needs are met.
• Take responsibility for replenishing toiletries in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a consistent and comfortable experience for all guests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain accurate inventories of toiletries, coordinating reordering as necessary.
• Maintain a record of guests' laundry activities, including the collection and delivery of clothes.
• Utilise Excel skills to generate basic reports and summaries for management, aiding in decision-making processes.
• Assist in managing reservations and room assignments, inputting data accurately and ensuring up-to-date records.
• Support the overall reception area, maintaining cleanliness and organization for a pleasant guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members from various departments to ensure smooth operations.
