-UNDERSTANDING BASICS OF E-BIZ
-RECEIPT & LOCAL PAYMENT VOUCHER-ENTRY LEVEL(E-BIZ)
-PREPARE LOCAL & OVERSEAS PAYMENT VOUCHERS
-NON-TRADE BILL ENTRY
-ENTRY OF MONTHLY JVS & PVS
-ENTRY OF OVERSEAS PAYMENT VOUCHERS
-CHEQUE PRINTING
-DRAFTING PAYMENT ADVICE & FOLLOWUP OF OVERSEAS PAYMENTS THROUGH BFC.
-BANK RECONCILIATIONS
-IMPORT DUTY & VAT ENTRY AND DOCUMENTATION.-
-INERCOMPANY DAY TO DAY ENTRIES
-POSTING OF NON TRADE BILLS RECEIVED FROM IMPORTS.
-SCANNING TT COPIES AND SENDING TO SUPPLIERS & IMPORTS
-DOCUMENTATION AND FILING OF LOCAL & OVERSEAS PAYMETS
-VAT LAW AND RETURNS
-RECONCILE COSTING FILE WITH SUPPLIER LEDGER
-PETTY CASH ENTRY
-ATTACHING DUPLICATE SIGNED INVOICE COPY RECEIVED FROM CUSTOMERS TO THE INVOICES.
-PASSING OVERHEAD ENTRY
-RAISING OF INVOICE IN EBIZ
-ISSUING LPO FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE & SERVICES
-CREDIMAX ENTRY AND STATEMENT RECONCILIATION -
-BENEFIT PAY ENTRY
-MANUAL COSTING ENTRY LEVEL
-MANUAL COSTING SUPPLIER BILL POSTING AND VAT ENTRY
-SUPPLIER STATEMENT RECONCILIATION
-THIRTY PARTY CONFIRMATION-SUPPLIERS
-CHECKING & ENTRY OF MONTHLY FUEL -CONSUMPTION REPORT.
-PREPARATION OF CASH CHEQUE.
-LEARNED THE SALES CYCLE AND PROCEDURES OF CASH & CREDIT SALE
-CHECKING DN AND LPO BOOK -
-FILING OF DN AND LPO IN RESPECTIVE FILES
-VAT-ENTRY LEVEL
-DETACHING OF INVOICE
-SALE OF ASSET ENTRY
-MONTH END CLOSING ACTIVITIES
