Asst. Accountant (Urgent Hiring, Directly From India) (Visa Will Be Provided)

Description:

- Aid in daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger tasks.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions to ensure precision and compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
- Maintain accurate financial records and collaborate with department heads for budgeting and - forecasting.
- Assist in consolidating budget data, conducting variance analysis, and reporting to management.
- Support the preparation of precise financial statements and analysis for decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and assist in internal and external audits.
- Assist in inventory management, cost accounting, and data accuracy in financial systems.
Identify and implement process improvements for financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the organization.

Required Skills / Abilities:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
Familiarity with accounting standards and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Knowledge of relevant accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
Fluency in English is required. Arabic will be a plus.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the apparel industry.
