Role: Recruitment Specialist
Work Location: Dammam
Nationalities: India, Pakistan, and Filipino
First Preference: Local transfer candidates who can join immediately.

Job Description:
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining candidate databases.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Visa processing and onboarding of the selected candidates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and any ERP.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
