Disparate - Fleet Officer & Assistant Storekeepers



A reputed company looking for (Dispatcher - Fleet Officers) and Assistant Storekeepers (for iqama Transfer as soon as possible).

Number of Vacancies:

Assistant Store Keepers = 10
Dispatchers - Fleet Officers = 10

1. Job Assistant Store Keeper:

Assistant storekeepers are responsible for helping storekeepers and floor managers with inventory management, stock control, customer assistance, cleaning and maintenance

2. Job Description Dispatcher - Fleet Officers:

Coordinate with Sales Staff (to get the fleet information). While following the instructions Dispatch the Material.

Follow up with the drivers.

Arrange the drivers trip schedule.

Arrange Numbers of Trips for all Drivers (minimum 2 trips for each driver).

Follow up with client to get conformation / Coordination and guide the drivers accordingly.

Submit daily fleet reports to the management.

Keep the trip records save in our data base system.

Requirements:

Should have minimum 5 Years of experience in his required field.

Should have valid Transferable Iqama.

Should be able to communicate with English, Urdu, Hiindi and Bangali speaking drivers (Dispatcher - Fleet Officers only).

Should be available ASAP.
