A Riyadh based services provider company is looking for a dynamic, visionary, self-starter “Manager HR” on urgent basis.

MUST REQUIREMENTS : Experience from construction industry, Age Limit : 35 years Salary Package : up to 6000 SAR

Candidate must be well conversant with HR management functions and tools. Visa, Iqama, Banking, Payroll and other relevant portals of Govt of Saudi Arabia.

Training and Resource Development: Improving the effectiveness of organizations and the individuals and teams within them through comprehensive resource development program.
Recruitment, Selection and Hiring: Attracting and retaining the best talent in the organization.

Strategic Human Resource Planning: Coordinating the organization's human resource policies and practices with its commercial objectives.

Employee Engagement: Create a positive work environment that motivates employees and fosters connections across the workforce.

Compliance: Meeting compliance requirements as per the laws of the land and industry safety standards, preserving the accuracy of employee data, and supervising employee benefits
Performance Management: Bridge the talent gap between today's workers and the ones desired in the future through clear goal-setting, and open feedback.

Employer-Employee Relations: Help employers and employees see each other as mutual contributors to the company, fostering a positive dynamic between the two.

Maintain Company Culture: Sound hiring practices, ongoing development, and strong employee relations. Engage in ongoing work to ensure that their company culture remains solid over time.

Handle Disciplinary Actions: Disciplinary procedures and terminations, accountability, prevent any additional conflict or escalation, consult with legal counsel to ensure the company acts in accordance with the law, avoiding any mishandled situations and subsequent lawsuits.

Manage Employee Benefits: Oversee both mandated and voluntary company benefits. Managing employee’s vacations/ settlements/ visa / iqama / medical insurances, clearances etc.

Applicant must be multi-linguistic (fluent in English, Arabic & preferably in Urdu as well) and with an experience of 5 to 7 years.
