Store Officer Cum Admin Assistant




We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Store Office cum Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, along with a graduation degree in Accounts & Finance. This role primarily involves providing support in both store operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient functioning and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible of managing inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment.
Receiving new purchase materials (inventory and non-inventory) from suppliers, count, verify, storing of material and make Goods Receipt Note.
Follow up on pending invoices to be delivered from suppliers.
Arrange all received materials properly in store locations using bin card and items codes.
Arrange all assembly components in properly and issue to technical on the basis of approved material request.
Issuance of material to relevant department on the basis of store material requisition.
Recording of all issued material in ERP software on daily basis.
Pack and dispatch goods to customers on the basis of customer orders.
Preparation of Outward Gate Pass for all deliverable goods.
Collaborate with suppliers to place orders, track deliveries, and negotiate terms.
All materials loading and unloading by Assistant under your supervision.
Reporting damage stock if any with valid proof to pass spoilage.
Keep always a track and backup of good moving stocks.
Stock taking of all inventories quarterly and yearly and when instructed by the management.
Maintain an organized and neat store layout.
Assist in managing petty cash expenses and maintaining accurate financial records.
Serve as a liaison between various departments and external stakeholders.
Communicate effectively within the team to ensure smooth operations.
Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Assist in resolving any issues related to store operations and administration.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounts & Finance from an accredited institution.
2 to 3 years of pertinent experience in store operations and administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Should have experience of Manufacturing Industry working within ERP environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and high accuracy in tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time role. (Saturday to Friday) 07:00AM to 04:00PM (One Hour Break)
Some flexibility in work hours may be required based on operational demands.
The candidate should exhibit adaptability and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
