Description

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong IT project management background and a proven track record of leading IT projects from inception to completion.
Preferably candidate is available in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management of Application, Web development, and CRM platforms, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with the operations team to understand business goals, challenges, and technological requirements, translating them into comprehensive project plans.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and budgets, tracking progress and proactively mitigating risks.
• Identify and associate with right development partner ensuring the right expertise is available at cost efficient.
• Coordinate, communicate, and follow up project status updates, issues, and risks to the developers, providing clear insights into project progress.
• Foster strong relationships with developer and internal stakeholders serving as the main point of contact and maintaining open lines of communication.
• Manage change requests and scope changes, evaluating their impact on project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Employ project management best practices and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT project management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
