Position : Tank Inspector(API 653)

Job Description : API 653 Inspector?to qualify all the works which will be prefabricated and during erection at site.
?
The Job is involves Revamping work of 4 Reactor Tanks, 12 meter Diameter and 8 meters height which includes Replacement of existing Conical Roof Type, External Rafter structures and Agitator Structure, Electrical & Instrumentation, Thermocouples, Motor and gearbox decoupling of Agitator, removal of agitator, Roof cutting and disposal, internal cladding of 0.5 m of top shell with 6mm SS 2205, Installation of the new SS roof (prefabricated), Reinstating of all the removed fittings after completion of new roof and agitator installation. In addition Carbon Brick Lining and Rubber Lining has to be removed and replaced including some tank modification jobs after cleaning the tanks.
