Description

Responsibilities:

1) Oversee day-to-day operations
2) Design strategy and set goals for growth
3) Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
4) Set policies and processes
5) Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
6) Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
7) Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
8) Direct the employee assessment process
9) Prepare regular reports for upper management
10) Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
11) Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Requirements and skills:

1) Proven experience as a General Manager in Hydraulic equipment industry.
2) Experience in planning and budgeting
3) Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Strong analytical ability
4) Excellent communication skills (Arabic speaking prefer)
5) Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
6) BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
