Description

We, Aflak Electronic Industries Co. Ltd is looking for an experienced Store keeper for our Riyadh Br.
• Must be organized and punctual.
• Well-presented and professional.
• A high school qualification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in same position, would be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job descriptions:
• Requesting and receiving materials from warehouses or branches based on Invoices or replenishment
• Arranging above received materials properly in store locations.
• Delivery materials to Customer with help of Assistant.
• Delivery of materials to customer site thru office driver.
• Pack and dispatch materials to branches on the basis of branch request thru shipment service.
• Manage issue and receive entries from branches on ERP system
• Keep posting entries of receive and issue entries.
• Upload serial numbers of delivered materials in ERP at the same time of delivery.
• Scan and upload all received delivery notes in ERP on daily basis.
• Keep filing of all invoices (material delivered) along with delivery notes.
• Arrange and put labels on files in invoice number order.
• Receiving new purchase materials (inventory and non-inventory) from purchasing dept. and acknowledge delivery notes.
• Keep log book for the above new receive materials till GRN initiated and assigned to them
• Manage and data entry in ERP of all demo to customer and monitoring.
• Manage all Returns entries initiated in workflow and cross check the condition, pack, accessories and cleaning of those returned materials from customer.
• Issue materials to technical with approved request and keep proper issue and receive entry in Arqam.
• Clearance signature to staff to leave or exit, ensure all taken materials are returned to store properly.
• Arrange all assembly components in properly and issue to technical on the basis of approved material request.
• All materials loading and unloading by Assistant under your supervision.
• Arrange materials and stock in proper way with labels of item codes
• Keep item count accurate, store clean and shelves, racks dust free.
• Arrange materials from branches on the basis of invoice.
• Follow up on pending invoices to be delivered.
• Reporting damage stock if any with valid proof to pass spoilage
• Keep always a track and backup of good moving stocks.
